Our Lead Hosts are responsible for the day-to-day running of Baask, holding the standard of the space and ensuring every guest experience feels calm, seamless, and considered. This role is trusted to run the studio independently and take genuine pride in every detail.

The role includes

• Welcoming and guiding guests through their experience
• Maintaining the space to an exceptional standard
• Managing daily operations, stock, and presentation
• Upholding a calm, thoughtful, and consistent environment

• Strong hospitality or retail experience, with a natural ability to care for people
• Someone calm, grounded, and confident working independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation
• A clear and thoughtful communicator
• Highly organised with strong time management

• Someone who takes ownership and responsibility seriously
