A Baask gift voucher is an invitation to slow down, warm up, cool down and leave feeling lighter.
Choose from a physical gift card to collect in store, or a digital gift card sent directly to the recipient. Gift vouchers are available in a range of values and can be used towards Baask sessions or products.
When purchasing a physical gift card online. You can email a screenshot or receipt to hello@baask.co.nz - including the "to" and "from" details. We will prepare your voucher in advance, ready for collection when you arrive.
Gift Voucher FAQs
Are gift vouchers physical or digital?
Both. Physical gift cards can be purchased and picked up in-store during opening hours, and digital gift cards can be purchased online and sent directly to the recipient.
Can I send a gift voucher directly to the recipient?
Yes, absolutely. You can send a digital gift voucher straight to their inbox at checkout, schedule it for a later date, or send it to yourself and forward it on when the moment feels right.
We also recommend keeping your email receipt somewhere safe, just in case a physical gift card is ever misplaced.
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. We are unable to extend expiry dates on vouchers.
What can gift vouchers be used for?
Gift vouchers can be used to book services online, or redeemed against products in store. Online product purchases can't be paid for with a voucher.

Can I refund a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I purchase bulk vouchers for workplace gifting?
Yes. For workplace or group gifting, please get in touch and we can help organise something thoughtful for your team.
