Gift Voucher Policy

Baask gift vouchers are issued as dollar-value credit and may be redeemed towards eligible services or products at Baask.

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Voucher credit must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded or reactivated.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

Gift voucher credit cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers are not issued for specific services, products or appointment times. All bookings and product purchases are subject to availability at the time of redemption.

Lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards and voucher codes are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient. Valid proof of purchase must be provided. If the voucher was received as a gift, the recipient is responsible for contacting the original purchaser to obtain proof of purchase or voucher details.

Baask is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, misplaced, used without permission, or unable to be located due to insufficient proof of purchase.
