Infrared Sauna
Using light to warm you from the inside out, our full-spectrum Clearlight saunas create a deep, detoxifying sweat at a comfortable temperature. We harness three types of Infrared light to deepen the restoration: Near infrared for skin renewal, mid to boost circulation, and far for a profound, stress-melting release. Stay longer, drift deeper, and walk out glowing.

Your Experience:
Enjoy a 45 minute session in your own private room to sauna, shower, reset and take your time. Filtered water and a plush towel are provided, along with Sans [ceuticals] amenities and Bluetooth connectivity, so you can settle into your own rhythm.

This is the classic heat. Hotter and more intense than infrared, it offers that heavy, enveloping escape where the world just melts away. Splash water on the stones for more steam, or keep it dry for a direct heat. It’s a full-body sweat designed to relax and cleanse.

Your Experience:
Enjoy a traditional sauna and ice bath in your own private room. A full 60 minute session to shower, reset, and take your time. Filtered water and a plush towel are provided, complete with Sans [ceuticals] amenities in the shower.

Our traditional Finnish sauna uses intense, dry heat to support circulation, ease muscle tension and encourage recovery. As the body warms, heart rate lifts and blood flow increases, creating a passive cardio effect that supports cardiovascular wellbeing, sleep quality and heat resilience over time. The intensity of the cold also activates the nervous system, helping to increase alertness, lift mood, and build resilience over time. With regular use, it can support recovery, energy levels, and an overall sense of clarity.

Ice baths are offered as part of the sauna experience and can be booked with either an infrared sauna or traditional sauna.
