Membership Policy

You agree to be charged on a recurring basis for the term set out by Baask. In the event that your payment fails, you and Baask will be notified. Fresha will attempt to take payment for the membership the day before it expires, and if it fails, again after 24 hours, 48 hours and finally after 4 days. If all of these payments fail, your membership will automatically cancel.

Baask membership terms and conditions:

• You agree to be charged the weekly or monthly membership fee on a recurring basis for at least a 1-month term. 
• Membership Fees are paid weekly or monthly in advance.
• Your Membership includes 1 x session per week if on a weekly membership or 4 x sessions per month if on a monthly membership. 
• Unused sessions do not accrue; they expire at the end of each week or month.
• Your membership entitlements cannot be transferred or redeemed by anyone except you.
• After the minimum term, your membership will become ongoing and payments will continue, until you provide us at least two (2) weeks’ notice advising that you wish to cancel. If you cancel your membership during your minimum term, you must notify us in writing and pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining membership fee payments for the minimum term (1 month).
• If you wish to pause your membership, please contact Baask directly with at least 7 days notice. (minimum pause period is 2 weeks and maximum pause period is 4 weeks).
• Accounts suspended for more than 7 days may be terminated by us, in which case a cancellation fee applies. We reserve the right to cancel, or make changes to, your membership at any time, upon notice to you
